Facebook Sues Over $36 Million Ad-Fraud Scheme, Targeted Agency Employees

Facebook on Tuesday sued four Vietnamese residents who allegedly ran an ad-fraud scheme that took control of accounts of users who worked at ad and marketing agencies.
